We offer properties that will be catered to working contractors, corporate clients or anyone visiting a particular location. Anyone who is working or staying away from home and are looking for an alternative to a hotel, private lodging or bed & breakfast. 

This is similar to an AirBNB property called Serviced Accommodation which can be like a fully furnished home. It can be a flat or a house with a kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. The host does not stay in the property, but they provide services while you stay there. So every week they clean the entire property, refresh your bed linens, replenish toiletries and check the property for any issues that may affect your comfortable stay. The cost of stay is per night per person which is explained further on.

Once you let us what your requirements are by filling in the ‘Requirement form’ we can provide you with options of properties near your location of work or stay. We find what you require and negotiate the best deals for you. You will then be put in contact with the SA host so you can book directly with them. You don’t pay us, we get payed by the host this way you always get the best prices and deals.

We do this service primarily for hard working people like you, who are not going out for a holiday but to work. We understand you will have budget for your accommodation, food, laundry and travel. We consider these factors to help you find a property that saves money on takeaways where you can cook in your kitchen, cut laundry cost by having a washer dryer in the property and a property closer to your site to reduce your travel time.

Most AirBNB properties are catered towards the holiday market and the nightly rates are often higher. We have network of SA operators who offer these properties at an affordable rate. We negotiate with hosts to give you a better deal as you would probably need a place longer to stay than a holiday maker. Nightly rates come down considerably if your length of stay is longer and you are a group willing to share a property. This way the price per person goes down with additional occupants.
